Services
Our company began sending monthly newsletters 3 years ago. The copywriting was the easy part.  The mailing was a total torture.  We
had gradually grown from 100 to over 300 newsletters a month. I was taking the file to the local printing company, picking up the printed
and folded copies, putting tabs on, printing address labels, putting address labels on, putting closure tabs on, putting stamps on and
taking to the post office.  I hated it! I finally took the time to add up my costs (not including my LABOR) and contacted Rio Rancho Mailing for
a quote.  I figured if it was 50% more I was willing to pay it.  What a surprise! The cost was about the same or LESS than I was spending
INCLUDING THEIR LABOR. The biggest cost savings was the postage.  I had to use First Class stamps and they could mail Presorted
Standard Mail.  For Newsletters, I had no problem using Presorted Mail.  Now, once the copywriting is completed monthly, I just email my
file and address database and it's taken care of efficiently and quickly. Yea!
